Our training and learning center specializes in knowledge transfer and training focused on the aviation and defense industries. Training is provided as part of our internal organizational activities or as part of our collaborations with the National College of the Standards Institute of Israel and the SAE standardization body, and training is sponsored by the Israeli Association for Quality and Innovation.

The company was founded by Dan Rossman, who has been engaged in quality management consulting for over 30 years, specializes in quality management systems in the field of aerospace and defense and suppliers audits for the world's leading aerospace organizations. Dan is Certified IAQG-sanctioned 9100: 2016 Aerospace Auditor (AA).
